Last week I stood up in front of a room of people and admitted that I, the mindset and positive transformation coach, had come close to burnout just a few months ago.
I had let my game slip. I had forgotten to take the best care of myself and I had allowed the stress of life to get the better of me.
I figure if it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
Only not everyone has the same skills and knowledge to recognise approaching burnout and the tools to make changes before they hit rock bottom.
Once I began recovering (aka getting my shit together again) I decided to document the most effective things that I did for getting back on track.
They are simple things, but they are often too easily overlooked in our busy lives.
